Female collie would make excellent working dog

Ivy - 18 months old.

Ivy lives on a farm with her mother and brother, she is an outdoor dog with free reign most of the time.

She is very intelligent and shows all the signs of being an excellent sheep dog. We currently have cattle and we are struggling to train all three together. Mum is a great working dog and very obedient, however the two pups together are proving difficult to manage.

With the right training and discipline Ivy would flourish, it’s a shame that we can’t use her to full ability.

Good bits

Ivy is great with other dogs, cats, children and all other animals. She is very friendly and loves attention. She has no allergies or special requirements and is up to date on vaccinations, chip, worming and flea treatment.

Bad bits

Doesn’t travel well (car sick)

Doesn’t walk on a lead

Would not suit indoors
