Description

you have always wanted a couple of goats but thought you needed rolling acres tp keep them , Nigerian Dwarfs might be just what you were looking for. They are small ( think fat Labrador size)size) sweet, and provided you can give them shelter (garden shed?) sturdy fencing to protect the roses and plenty of hay they will live very happily in your garden and give you many yours of love and companionship..You need a holding number from DEFRA to bring any livestock onto your property but that is simple, just involves one phone call and doesn't cost anything.

We have kept Nigerians for many years now and are currently enjoying our latest bunch of babies. They are a couple of months old now and most will be ready to leave their mums around July/August time when they are all happily weaned and ready for the exciting journey into independence. We only sell our babies in pairs as a single goat is a very lonely and miserable creature and we only sell uncastrated males in very special circumstances to experienced homes with large enough herds to keep an entire male occupied and happy..Having said that can I please make a plea for you to not discount the little boys? They all have their "bits" of before they leave home and then they are sweet, even-tempered and very affectionate. No rough billy ways and definitely no stinky behaviour. Many of our owners choose boys and love them to bits!

Before they leave for their new homes all our babies will have been vaccinated, treated with prevention for parasites internal and external and ear-tagged as required by DEFRA. They will not have had their horns removed. Horns are an important part of a goat's cooling system and we have never know any of our goat's horns to cause problems in interactions with even the smallest humans!

If you would like to know any more about our goats or would like to visit the babies please get in touch. We are in Lincolnshire near to Boston but if that is too far for a visit you can always reserve the pair you have chosen with a £50 (non-returnable) deposit

Looking for ward to seeing you soon.
